Melissa does setup steps herself

Melissa frequently performs system/shell setup steps herself in parallel (added HF_HOME to .zshrc, moved the HF cache dir before I could).

Why: She's terminal-fluent and treats suggested commands as instructions to run herself; duplicating them wastes prompts and got a tool call rejected ("I already moved it").

How to apply: For machine-level config (shell rc edits, mkdir/mv, tmutil), prefer stating the command and let her run it — or re-check current state immediately before executing. See colibri-local-setup-state.
